Last 13-15 May 2024, the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Philippinen) had the pleasure of hosting this year's Asia-Pacific regional meeting for Spielwarenmesse eG (Toys Fair).
The first day of the delegation visit started with a welcome dinner amongst GPCCI management and the board members of Spielwarenmesse eG.
The regional meeting provided a review of the 2024 trade fair and a forecast on the plans for 2025. It was then followed by gathering inputs from the APac delegates on how the trade fair could further upgrade its sales strategies, marketing & press efforts, and customer satisfaction operations.
The last day was an excursion trip to the famous walled-city of Intramuros. Here, delegates were able to get a glimpse of the Philippines' history and culture while riding a tranvia. The day ended with a unique dining experience at seaside dampa for the delegates to try a variety of Filipino food; and Feierabend at Raffles' Long Bar.
