This December, The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon is shaking up the holiday season with a fresh, rebellious twist under the 'Silver Moments' theme.
Say goodbye to the usual holiday clichés and hello to a festive experience that’s all about art, chaos, and unexpected surprises. From the show-stopping Christmas tree on The Parlor terrace to the delightfully festive afternoon tea at Tease, and the holiday cheer at our Christmas market – it all brings the city to life. The festivities will hit their climax with a New Year’s Eve countdown party at Sky Beach, featuring the inimitable sounds of Alex from Tokyo, the Paris-born, Tokyo-raised, Berlin-based DJ, music producer, and sound designer.
Tease

Tease is bringing festive cheer all December with a special Afternoon Tea set, available daily from 1:00 to 6:00 pm. Priced at THB 999++ per person, this holiday treat features four delightful sweets and two savory bites, including Pistachio Praline, Christmas Tree pastries, Cranberry Orange Scones, and more to get you into the Christmas spirit.
The Standard Grill
The Standard Grill will delight guests with a festive à la carte menu from December 20 to December 30. Highlights of the menu include Roasted Foie Gras, King Crab Salad, Truffle Tagliatelle, CopperTree Farms Beef Rossini, Glacier 51 Toothfish, and the Not Your Standard Christmas Pudding.
- Christmas Eve Dinner (December 24): Guests can enjoy both the regular and festive à la carte menus for lunch and dinner. The evening features complimentary mulled wine and live jazz during dinner service.
- Christmas Day Lunch (December 25): A family-style set menu will be served from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, priced at THB 1,800++ per person and THB 900++ for children ages 6-12. An optional 2-hour beverage package is available for THB 1,450++ per person. Highlights include Guinness & Honey Glazed Ham, Roasted Korat Capon, and Christmas Pudding. Mulled wine and live jazz will enhance the lunch experience. For dinner, both regular and festive à la carte menus will be available.
- New Year’s Eve Dinner (December 31): The Standard Grill will offer a 5-course dinner at THB 5,500++ per person. Guests can also opt for a bundle package at THB 12,000++ per person, which includes the 5-course dinner and general admission to Sky Beach’s NYE party with a 4.5-hour open bar from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am. The menu features Ostra Regal Oyster, Foie Gras Terrine, Charcoal Grilled XL River Prawn, and Margaret River Wagyu Sirloin.
- New Year’s Day Brunch (January 1): Enjoy unlimited a la carte brunch featuring everything from sweet and savory breakfast favorites such as avocado toast to charcoal-grilled mains like Rangers Valley black market sirloin, marinated tiger prawns and more. Guests will also be able to have their final fill of moreish desserts ranging from dark chocolate tart, vanilla choux, and Yuzu blossom tart. Running from 11:30 am till 3.00 pm and priced at THB 1,600++ per person and THB 750++ for children ages 6-12.
Ojo
Ojo will present a festive à la carte menu for dinner from December 20 to December 30 (excluding December 24 during dinner and December 25). Guests can enjoy standout dishes such as Quesadilla de Hongos, King Crab al Guajillo, Scallop Aguachile and more!
- Christmas Eve Dinner (December 24) & Christmas Day Lunch and Dinner (December 25): A 4-course set menu will be available for THB 3,600++ per person and a 3-course set menu for THB 1,800++ for children ages 6-12. Highlights include Grilled Sea Bass Chilmole and Margaret River Wagyu Striploin and more to dig in. Ojo’s Christmas Eve menu is available for dinner only from 5:30pm til late, while Christmas Day menu is also available for both lunch (11:30am – 2:30pm) and dinner (5:30pm til late).
- New Year’s Eve (December 31): Ojo will feature two seatings. The first seating (5 pm – 7:30 pm) is priced at THB 4,900++ per person, including pass-around canapés, a taco station, and free-flow beverages. The second seating (8:30 pm – 2:00 am) is available for THB 10,900++ per person for outdoor seating and THB 12,900++ for indoor seating. This includes pass-around canapés, live stations, free-flow beverages, and a glass of champagne at midnight, with live music by Ample Soul and a DJ performance.
Countdown at Sky Beach
Get ready for a New Year’s Eve bash like no other at Sky Beach, the highest rooftop bar in Thailand. They’re turning up the heat with world-famous DJ Alex from Tokyo who will be taking turns at the decks with Ekception in an exciting back-to-back alongside Max Flavor, spinning from 8:00 pm – 2:00 am. General Admission is available at THB 9,000++ per person, including a 4.5-hour open bar. Or want to go out all?
