The data privacy statement must be accessible via a separate link from each page. The place provided for this in TYPO3 is the Footer navigation (backend in the new system).
The content of the data privacy statement depends on the configuration and the components used of the website and can differ from AHK to AHK. For this reason, you will find in the following a modular construction system with fixed and variable components, which you must synchronise with your individual content before publication.
About Google Analytics:
Before using Google Analytics a written contract on the processing of data between the website operator and Google must be concluded. You can find further information on the data processing terms
However, we explicitly advise against using Google Analytics, as Google Analytics processes the data outside the EU and is therefore not GPDR-compliant. If you would like to deactivate Google Analytics, please contact our support.
